The 2018 Ford Focus comes in two body styles, sedan and hatchback, and five main trim levels. There are two additional performance-based trim levels, but these are separate from the standard lineup. The trim levels include S, SE, SEL, Titanium, and Electric. Both the SE and SEL are available as a hatchback. The Electric trim is only available as a hatchback and has restyled taillights and Xenon headlights.

Engine (Power)
On the base S trim and the SE hatchback, the standard engine is a 2.0-liter four-cylinder that produces 146 pound-feet of torque and 160 horsepower. It works with a five-speed manual transmission as standard, although a six-speed automatic is available as an upgrade. The other trim levels include a 1.0-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine, making 125 pound-feet of torque and 123 horsepower. It comes with your choice of a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission. The Electric trim level has an electric motor that rates at 184 pound-feet of torque and 143 horsepower, with a range of 115 miles.
