2020 Ford Expedition

There are eight trim levels available for the 2020 Ford Expedition: XLT, XLT Max, Limited, Limited Max, King Ranch, King Ranch Max, Platinum, and Platinum Max. Body-color bumpers and the EasyFuel capless fuel filler keep the lines fluid and running boards with body-color paint and polished stainless steel accents give the Platinum Max an aggressive look. The Kings Ranch and Kings Ranch Max trim levels ride high with 22-inch six-spoke aluminum wheels that feature painted pockets and a King Ranch center cap.

The standard engine is a 3.5-liter EcoBoost that gets 375 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque. For the most power, opt for the Platinum trim level, which has a 3.5-liter EcoBoost that cranks out 400 horsepower and 480 pound-feet of torque. Both engines are paired to a 10-speed SelectShift automatic transmission.

Towing your boat or trailer is no big deal for the 2020 Expedition as it can haul up to 9,300 pounds when properly equipped with the Heavy-Duty Trailer Tow package. If you plan to leave the pavement behind and hit the back trails, opt for the available FX4 Off-Road package, which includes premium off-road front and rear shocks, a two-sped automatic four-wheel drive with neutral towing capabilities, and a 3.72 electronic limited-slip differential.

The 2020 Expedition has a spacious interior with room for eight passengers to sit comfortably. There's also plenty of leg room in the second- and third-row seats so you can stretch out your legs. Third-row power reclining seats come standard, while second-row tip-and-slide seats are available. The King Ranch and King Ranch Max trim levels have a distinctive center console with Zircote wood veneer and Del Rio leather side rails. You'll also find Del Rio leather, Kingsville stitching, and driver and passenger captain's chairs that are 10-way power-adjustable.

Staying connected while on the go is made simple with FordPass connect with 4G LTE Wi-Fi, Ford+Alexa, and wireless charging. You can even connect up to 10 devices with the hot spot so every member of the family can enjoy games and music on long drives or up to 50 feet outside of the SUV.

Standard on all trim levels of the 2020 Expedition is Ford CoPilot360, which is a system of safety features to keep you safe on the road. The system includes pre-collision assist with automatic emergency braking, automatic high-beam headlamps, lane-keeping assist, blind spot information with cross-traffic alert, and a rearview camera.
