The 2023 Ford F-150 is available in the XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, Limited, Tremor, and Raptor trim levels. While each trim level is available with the Super Crew cab option, only the XL and XLT are available with the Regular or Super Cab options. Standard exterior features include a rear step bumper, 17-inch silver steel wheels, heated side-view mirrors, a cargo lamp, and Ford Co-Pilot360 automatic high-beam headlights with daytime running lights

Exterior options include rain-detecting windshield wipers, a rear window defroster, power-folding versions of the side-view mirrors with turn signals, running boards, deeply tinted glass, and cast aluminum versions of the 17-inch wheels. The exterior style of the 2023 F-150 is more muscular than most pickup trucks, with deep body lines, a hood with a raised center, a massive grille, and a pair of double-lamp C-shaped headlights.

Seven incredible engines are available to power this F-150 line: five V-6 options and two V-8 options. One is a standard V-6, and four include twin-turbo units. The V-8 options include a naturally aspirated version and a supercharged version.
