The FWD three-cylinder variant sports a combined 30 MPG rating, while the AWD variants offer 28 and 26 MPG on average for the three-cylinder and four-cylinder engines, respectively.

The Escape comes standard with a number of safety features within Ford’s Co-Pilot360 software suite. They include forward pre-collision detection and automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, and optional parallel parking and reverse parking assist, including a rearview camera.
Notably, the parking assist option can also help you get out of a tight parking spot without dinging the cars around you, perfect for driving around downtown.
Updated Infotainment System
All trim levels of the 2023 Escape come standard with an updated infotainment system, the Sync 4, which allows wireless updates, voice commands with Amazon Alexa, and a fully customizable layout that is split-screen capable. The standard 8-inch screen can be upgraded to a truly massive 13.2-inch color touchscreen display.
Options are available to upgrade the infotainment and center console to include wireless charging for your smartphones, a premium 10-speaker and subwoofer sound system, and a wireless 4G hotspot to stay connected on the go.
Comprehensive Warranties
The 2023 Escape is covered by Ford’s generous standard warranty. The limited warranty covers your vehicle bumper to bumper for three years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, while the powertrain warranty covers the engine for five years or 60,000 miles.
The hybrid version of the Escape is also covered by its own warranty on its electric motor, battery, and all associated components for up to eight years or 100,000 miles.
